These terms govern your use of kamikaze.trading (the "Site"), operated by KAMIKAZE TRADING LLC S.O.C ("we", "us"). By using the Site you agree to them.

1. Content

The Site introduces our services. We aim to keep it accurate but do not guarantee it is complete or up to date. Prices, results and market figures are indicative or examples and can change with exchange rates and market conditions.

2. Quotes and contracts

An inquiry through the Site or its forms, and our reply, do not form a contract. The terms of each service (Dubai Cars, Logistics, Japan Auction and Export Support), including fees, scope, liability and cancellation, are set out in a separate written quote or contract.

3. Prohibited use

Submitting false information or someone else's details
Bulk or automated submissions, or unauthorised access to or attacks on the Site or its servers
Infringing our or others' rights or reputation, or breaking the law

4. Intellectual property

Text, images, logos (including the KAMIKAZE logo) and design on the Site belong to us or their rightful owners. Copying, republishing or altering them beyond personal viewing is not permitted.

5. External sites

We are not responsible for the content or practices of external sites linked from the Site (such as WhatsApp, the App Store and Google Play).

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from use of, or inability to use, the Site.

7. Personal data

We handle personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. Updated terms apply from the time they are posted on this page.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai, and the courts of Dubai have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute relating to the Site.
