KAMIKAZE TRADING LLC S.O.C ("we", "us") handles the personal data you share on kamikaze.trading (the "Site") in line with the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021) and other applicable laws. For the GARAGE by KAMIKAZE app, see the app privacy policy.
1. Who we are

2. What we collect
- Contact form: name, company, email, WhatsApp / phone number, topic and message
- Logistics quote form: company, email, phone, goods to ship, size and quantity, origin and destination, preferred transport mode
- Recorded automatically on submission: IP address, date and time, page and display language
If you contact us directly on WhatsApp or by phone, those services' own terms and policies also apply.
3. Cookies and analytics
The Site uses no analytics tools and no advertising cookies. To display text we load Google Fonts, so your browser sends technical data such as your IP address to Google.
4. Why we use it
- To answer your inquiry, prepare quotes and provide the services you request
- To prevent spam (we limit repeated submissions from the same IP address within a short time)
We do not use your data for other purposes, such as marketing emails, without your consent.
5. Service providers
- Google LLC (Firebase / Google Cloud) receives and stores form submissions. Data is stored in the Middle East region (Doha, Qatar) and received in data centres in the United States.
- CallMeBot (WhatsApp notification service): to alert our staff on WhatsApp, your name, contact details and message pass through this service and WhatsApp (Meta) servers.
Your data is therefore processed outside the UAE. Apart from the above and where required by law, we do not share your data with third parties, and we never sell it.
6. How long we keep it
- IP address: deleted 30 days after receipt.
- Inquiry content: deleted 24 months after receipt. If it leads to a contract, we keep what contract and accounting laws require for the period they require.
7. Your rights
You may ask to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its use, or to receive it in a portable form. Email support@kamikaze.trading; after verifying your identity we respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the UAE Data Office.
8. Security
Data is encrypted in transit with HTTPS, and stored submissions can only be read or written by our server-side processing.
9. Changes
If we change this policy, we will post the update on this page with a new "last updated" date.
